Yes. We provide ink fingerprinting using FD-258 cards for background checks, employment, licensing, and federal applications.

Regular hours:
Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Early morning or after-hours appointments may be available upon request and coordination, depending on availability.
Many appointments can be scheduled the same day or within 24 hours, depending on availability. Mobile, in-office, and remote online notarization appointments are available throughout Frederick County and the surrounding DMV area.

Most notarization appointments take 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signatures required. Loan signing appointments may take longer depending on the size of the document package.
